On Thursday morning, a careless truck driver ran over five girl students on NH 139 located in Mahindia police station area of ​​Bihar’s Arwal district, out of which two girls died on the spot. At the same time, three girl students were injured and are undergoing treatment in the hospital. At the same time, people angry with this incident blocked the road demanding compensation.

According to the information received, Kajal Kumari, daughter of Mohit Yadav, resident of Madaila village, Shivani Kumari and Kriti Kumari, daughter of Ranjan Yadav, Khushi, daughter of Ramkishore Paswan and Raghunath Paswan, son of Ramashray Paswan, were going to school. As soon as they came out of the village, the truck coming from the opposite direction crushed everyone, due to which Mohit Yadav’s daughter Kajal Kumari and Ranjan Yadav’s daughter Shivani Kumari died on the spot. Whereas, Kriti Kumari and Khushi Kumari were seriously injured. All are being treated in a private hospital in Mahindia.

Eyewitnesses told in relation to this road accident that all the girls were walking on the side of the road, during which the truck driver pushed them. Angered by the accident, the villagers blocked NH 139. The villagers said that accidents often happen on NH, but speed breakers have not been made so far. Along with this, the villagers also demanded compensation to the families of the victims.

On receiving the information, SDO Rajeev Kumar, SDPO Rajeev Ranjan, Police Inspector Manvendra Singh, BDO Mo Yunis Salim, CO Ruby Kumari, Mahindia SHO Amit Kumar, Parasi SHO Durganand Mishra, Chauram SHO Manoj Kumar and Kaler SHO Sanjit Singh reached the spot. Police officials explained to the people and got the jam removed from the highway. After this accident, the relatives of the deceased are in bad condition by crying. At the same time, the atmosphere of the entire village is inconsolable.
