There is news of relief for the patients coming for micro surgery machine at Surat Civil Hospital. For the first time in the history of Surat Civil, a machine has been donated for micro surgery. Surgical micro surgery machine worth 75 lakhs has been donated by DGVCL. This machine has reached Surat Civil Hospital today.
Surgery costing 30 lakhs will now be done at a subsidized rate in civil
Surat Civil Hospital Superintendent Ganesh Govekar said that the machine has given the biggest relief to the patients coming and reaching the hospital for micro surgery, which will be operational soon after the installation. Due to this machine patients will no longer have to go personally or to Ahmedabad. Along with this, surgeries costing 20 to 30 lakhs will now be done at a concessional rate in civil.
