CUET UG: Exam city slip released, admit card will be released three days before the exam, know things related to the exam

NTA CUET UG: The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) from May 21 to 31. The first phase exam will be held from May 21 to 24. Regarding this, NTA has released the exam city slip. Candidates appearing in the exam can download the exam city intimation slip by visiting the portal cuet.samarth.ac.in. From this slip, the candidates will be able to get the information about the examination center and city in advance. Candidates will have to enter the application number and date of birth to download the exam city slip. Admit card will be issued three days before the exam. More than 14.50 lakh candidates will appear in the examination

14,99,778 candidates will appear in the examination. For this, the exam will be conducted in three shifts. NTA has released the time table for first shift and second shift. The first shift exam will be held from 9 am to 12:15 pm and the second shift exam will be held from 3 pm to 6:45 pm. Through the exam, there will be a chance for admission in undergraduate in more than 250 educational institutions.

Additional time of 15 minutes will be available in many subjects

In CUTE UG 2023, examinees will get an additional time of 15 minutes in the papers of Accountancy, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Informatics Practice, Chemistry, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics and General Test. You will get 45 minutes to solve the papers of other subjects. For the first time, students of nine subjects including accountancy, computer science will get extra time. This time is being given to them from reading to writing the question paper. Students of these nine subjects will get one hour in the exam.

Negative Marking in CUTE UG

There will be negative marking in CUTE UG 2023. If a student clicks the wrong answer to a question, then one mark will be deducted. If more than one answer to a question in the paper is correct, then five additional marks will be given to those students who have opted for only one of them. If the answer to any question in the paper is wrong, then the student giving the most correct answer will also get five marks. In the exam, questions will be asked from NCERT syllabus of class 12th only.
