Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his neo-Nazi cohorts in Kyiv must be in full celebration mood as the ‘patriots’ in the US Senate has passed more than US$60 billion of the taxpayer money for wasting in Joe Biden’s proxy war against Russia. There also is fund passed for war in Gaza as well as Washington’s anticipated new war front -Taiwan.

According to media reports, the aid package breezed through with a vote of 79-18, while in the Congress, Democrats after voting in unison to pass the foreign aid package, paid homage to their new messiah Volodymyr Zelensky by waving the Ukrainian flag and chanting, “Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine”. They may also do the same by paying a visit to Taiwan and once again issue statements of Biden’s adamant bids of waging war against Russia.

Meanwhile, war-monger Joe Biden’s appetite of war seems to be unending as there is clearly signs of opening of another war front in Iran, where America and Israel would jointly fight against Tehran under the pretense of fighting terror and stopping Iran from becoming a nuclear nation. It seems, despite his humiliating retreat from Afghanistan and the signs of Russia winning the war in Ukraine, Joe Biden is unwilling to stop his agenda of expanding the war front in multiple nations. Although some of the analysts believe, Joe Biden’s tenure is quickly coming to an end, the US President is possibly fulfilling his secret pledge to Western Military Industrial Complex in generating massive prospects for them in making tons of cash by sending weapons – in come cases, obsolete weapons, ammunitions and explosives from their warehouses. And of course, there is no doubt, the infamous “Big Guy” or “Mr. 10 percent” gets his cut from each of these massive deals.

Meanwhile, commenting on passing of billions of dollars in supporting wars in Ukraine, Gaza and Taiwan, Washington Times columnist Cheryl K. Chumley in an article said, “Democrats get so patriotic when it comes to other countries. Word is, some of ‘em shed a few tears of joy. To them, protecting Ukraine’s borders is top priority — even as they discount the importance of border controls in America”.

He further said, “And the fact Democrats don’t know this already speaks volumes about the Marxist, socialist, communist threads that are running through today’s Democrat Party”.

Republican Congresswoman Kat Cammack said, “Watching American representatives pass out & wave Ukrainian flags in the United States House of Representatives chamber infuriated me. If there is one room in our country that should only have the American flag present, it is this room”.

It may be mentioned here that nine Republicans who previously voiced opposition flipped their votes: Katie Britt of Alabama, Tom Cotton or Arkansas, Deb Fischer and Pete Ricketts of Nebraska, Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott of South Carolina, Cindy Hyde-Smith of Mississippi, James Lankford and Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma.

The US Senate passed the package despite significant opposition from the American public.

According to latest Rasmussen Reports survey, 47 percent of American citizens believed the new taxpayer funds going to Ukraine was “too much”. Just 20 percent wanted more, and 24 percent believed it was “about right”. Meaning, while 47 oppose sending additional aid to Ukraine, 44 percent support it. A majority of women, Hispanics, and Republicans in the poll opposed further spending. The new spending will nearly double Team Biden’s investment in Ukraine.

It may be mentioned here that, while members of the US Senate had the

opportunity to attempt to delay the package via floor speeches, they were only permitted up to an hour to speak. There were few takers, which also proves – members of the US Senate were also in hurry in passing the US$60 billion aid package for Ukraine. No one can say with certainty, how much these Senators may get as “kickback” from the military industrial complex.

Meanwhile, Members of Parliament (MEPs) in Ukraine were assuredly partying down upon hearing of the new cash bonanza coming their way. Volodymyr Zelensky, his wife and their neo-Nazi cohorts must be sending message to handlers of their offshore accounts for taking preparation for receiving huge amount of cash soon. It may be mentioned here that, in the past, Zenesly and his cronies have been regularly stealing a significant portion of the Wester aid.

According to housing specialist Redfin, the rising home prices and mortgage rates “are making it harder to believe in the American dream of homeownership. Lack of affordability is the most commonly cited reason renters don’t believe they’ll ever own a home”.

Nearly two in five (38 percent) of U.S. renters don’t believe they’ll ever own a home, up from roughly one-quarter (27 percent) from less than a year ago, the report said.

First-time home buyers must earn roughly US$76,000 to afford the typical US starter home, up 8 percent from a year ago and up nearly 100 percent from before the pandemic, according to the Redfin analysis.

Home prices have skyrocketed more than 40 percent since 2019. The current average 30-year fixed mortgage rate is 6.82 percent. While that’s below the 23-year-high of nearly 8 percent hit in October, it’s still more than double the record low rates dropped to in 2020.

Home prices have risen 7 percent in the last year alone, and monthly mortgage payments have risen more than 10 percent, which helps explain why renters today are more likely than they were last year to say they don’t see themselves owning a home anytime soon.

Many renters say they can’t fathom owning a home because they are already struggling to afford their monthly housing costs. Nearly one-quarter (24 percent) of renters say they regularly struggle to afford their housing payments, and an additional 45 percent say they sometimes struggle to do so.

The median US asking rent is roughly US$2,000, near the record high hit in 2022.

“Housing costs are high across the board, but renting is a more affordable and realistic option for many Americans right now–especially those who have never owned a home and aren’t able to tap into equity from a previous sale”, said Redfin Chief Economist Daryl Fairweather. “While owning a home is usually a sound longterm investment, the barriers to entry and upfront costs of buying are higher than renting. Buying typically requires a sizable down payment and approval for a mortgage–things that are difficult for many people today, when the typical down payment is near US$60,000 and mortgage payments are sky-high. The sheer expense of purchasing a home is causing the American Dream of homeownership to lose some of its shine”.

One may ask – why Joe Biden is sending billions of dollars to war when the country is suffering from inflation and acute financial crisis. Answer is simple. For Washington, dollar is just white paper, as they have been printing hundreds of millions of dollars every day in its security printing press without any accountability. Until there is white paper in the market, America will have no problem in building fake cash reserve by printing hundreds of billions of dollars. On America’s part, the advantage is world’s dependence on US dollars and Washington’s ability of printing any volume of cash simply by putting white paper inside printing presses. It is an unimaginable rogue game that America will be able to continue until the world exists from dollar-dominated financial system.
