Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, India is the most populous country and the fastest growing large economy. Nevertheless, we are moving strongly towards meeting our climate commitments. The Prime Minister said, we have achieved the target of non-fossil based power capacity nine years in advance. We have set a big target. Our plan is to achieve 50 percent electricity generation capacity from non-fossil sources by 2030.
