Ranchi: Vishal Kumar Pandey, a resident of Maulbagh, Ara, who cheated industrialist cum businessman Ajay Kumar Singh of Rs 68 lakh, has been arrested by Ranchi police with the help of Delhi police. It is said that Vishal Pandey was hiding in Dwarka, Delhi. Two days ago, a picture of Vishal Pandey came to the fore, in which he was seen joining the party of LJP (Ram Vilas) i.e. Chirag Paswan.
After this Ranchi police came into action and with the help of Delhi police arrested him from Sector-17 of Delhi. In the year 2021, the accused had cheated Ajay Singh of Rs 68 lakh in the name of contract in the railways in Ranchi. Vishal Pandey had also threatened to kill him for demanding the money back. When he was not returning the money, Ajay Kumar Singh, a resident of Sarveshwari Nagar of Itki, lodged an FIR in this regard in Pandra OP in November 2022. On that basis, with the help of Delhi Police, Pandra Police arrested him.

Actress Amisha Patel has also cheated Ajay Kumar Singh of about three crore rupees in the name of film production. On asking for money, Amisha Patel hesitated. Later two checks were given to Ajay Singh, which bounced. After this, Ajay Kumar Singh had filed a check bounce complaint case against Ameesha Patel in the Ranchi court. In this case, the actress has appeared in the Ranchi Civil Court twice on the summons of the Ranchi court. Charges have also been framed against the actress in the civil court.
