Dera Sacha Sauda chief and rape convict Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has again come out of jail. According to information, Ram Rahim came out of Sunaria Jail located in Rohtak district of Haryana after getting parole for 30 days. Ram Rahim’s lawyers told about this. He said that the Dera Sacha Sauda chief came out of jail at 5 pm. Advocate Jitendra Khurana told that Ram Rahim will go to Dera Sacha Sauda Ashram located in Barnawa of Baghpat district in Uttar Pradesh. Make you aware that the headquarter of Dera Sacha Sauda is in Sirsa, Haryana.
It is noteworthy that Ram Rahim had applied for temporary release for the use of parole. He is serving a 20-year prison sentence for raping two of his female students. Earlier, Ram Rahim got parole for 40 days in January this year. In October last year too, he was given parole for 40 days. After getting parole on both these occasions, he had gone to Barnawa Ashram and many satsang programs were organized by his fans through video conference.
Ram Rahim’s parole condition
Earlier Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh had come out of jail on parole for one month in June last year as well. Apart from this, he also came out of jail on ‘furlough’ for three weeks from February 7, 2022. Ram Rahim’s parole conditions state that he will stay in Barnawa’s ashram during his regular parole of 30 days. During this entire period, he shall not go anywhere other than the place specified in the ‘Release Warrant’ without the permission of the District Magistrate. As per the condition of release, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has also been asked to maintain peace and good behavior during this period. The station in-charge concerned will keep a close watch on Ram Rahim’s conduct and activities during this period. In this regard, through the Deputy Commissioner of Police or the Superintendent of Police, the report will be submitted to the Jail Superintendent as soon as possible.
