Kanpur. A report has been lodged at the Jajmau police station on four including SP MLA Irfan Solanki’s uncle Istiaq Solanki for extortion, threats and humiliation. He is alleged to have gone with his men on May 6 with the intention of capturing the plot. The victim Naseem Arif says that he was returning with Akeel Ahmed after seeing his plot. Meanwhile, Adil Rasheed, a resident of Defense Colony, Sabbar Hussain’s brother and Shakeel Baig, a resident of Talaq Mahal, reached the spot and threatened that Istiaq Solanki is currently out of jail and if Naseem wants to save his life, then give him the plot. . Otherwise I will kill you.

Action will be taken after investigation

On the other hand, Joint Police Commissioner Anand Prakash Tiwari said that on the basis of Tahrir, an FIR has been registered against four people including Irfan Solanki’s uncle. Both the parties have been called to record their statements. After investigation, action will be taken to send the accused to jail.

Once again a fire broke out in the textile market in Kanpur, more than half a dozen fire tenders were brought under control.

Uncle was engaged in lobbying

If the family members of MLA Irfan are to be believed, then his uncle Ishtiaq Solanki is trying hard to get Irfan out of jail. He claims that very soon Irfan Solanki will get relief from the Supreme Court. But before this, now the police has also registered an FIR against the uncle who is doing advocacy.

Hearing postponed due to absence of witness in arson case

The hearing in the case of arson registered against SP MLA Irfan Solanki was postponed due to non-appearance of the witness. The next hearing will be on May 18. The bail application was debated in the case of extortion lodged against Irfan and his brother Rizwan. Irfan’s lawyer asked for time to submit the High Court’s ruling. There will be a hearing on this on Wednesday as well. The plaintiff’s son or daughter was to appear for testimony in the ongoing arson case in the MPMLA court. As both were out of town, they could not appear for the hearing. Irfan’s advocate asked for time to present the ruling.

Fake Aadhaar case will be heard on May 30

In MPMLA Lower Court, the next date has been fixed on May 30 in the matter of air travel against the MLA on fake basis. At the same time, in Jajmau, Vimal Kumar had filed a case of extortion against the MLA, the hearing in this case will also be held on May 30.
