In a village located in Palkot block of Gumla, an order has been issued for the rape victim and her family to leave the village. Also threatened that if he does not leave the village voluntarily, he will be thrown out of the village. On the other hand, the accused of rape has threatened that after being released from jail, he will see the whole family.
The victim and her entire family are scared because of this. The victim says that we have been living in fear for four days. Out of fear, we are not going to the police. However, the order to leave the village has been informed to the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation.

What is the matter :
55-year-old Lakshminath Cheek Badaik of the village had raped a class 11 student five months ago. Due to this the student became pregnant. Five days ago, the student gave this information to Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation’s POCSO support person Jaya Sen Gupta. Jaya Sen Gupta along with her team reached the village and investigated the whole matter. After getting the case correct, the victim reached Palkot police station, where an FIR was registered against the accused Laxminath on the statement of the girl student. The police arrested him on Friday.

Chief Poonam Ekka said that such a matter has not come to my notice. Yes, two days ago a meeting was held at the village panchayat level. While forming the Beneficiary Committee, the President, Secretary and Monitoring Committee have been constituted. I do not know about the order to leave the victim’s family from the village.
