Aligarh : A sudden fire broke out in a moving car on the highway in Aligarh, UP. Due to which the driver was burnt to death. At the same time, the mother-daughter in the car somehow jumped and saved their lives. The driver who died was a resident of Khurja area of Bulandshahr. The woman was returning after giving her daughter an entrance exam in AMU. The incident took place on the highway bypass located in Gabhana. The fire engine that reached the spot controlled the fire, but by then the driver had burnt to death.
The driver had come to get the AMU exam
The deceased driver has been identified as Imran, a resident of Mohalla Tari Naan of Khurja in Bulandshahr. Imran used to drive a taxi and on Sunday he came to Aligarh Muslim University with Abida and Samia, residents of Kankran Mohalla of Khurja, on a hired WagonR car. Samiya had come to appear in the entrance examination of BA LLB.
On the other hand, while returning to Khurja after the examination, when the bypass of Gabhana area reached near Nattha Nagla, the car running on CNG suddenly caught fire. The fire was so fierce that the driver Imran did not even get a chance to open the seat-belt and window of the car. Due to which he got stuck inside the car.
Mother daughter saved her life by jumping from the car
On the other hand, seeing the fire in the car, Abida and Samia sitting on the back seat saved their lives by opening the window of the car and jumping out of the car. The driver got trapped in the fire in Imran’s car and died. Station in-charge Gabhana Ramkunwar told that the driver died in the accident. There two passengers have survived. The relatives of the deceased were informed on the spot.
It is being told that CNG was installed in the WagonR vehicle. At the same time, the driver’s family is in a bad condition due to the incident. Imran has two daughters and two sons. The same local resident Mohit told that a fire broke out in a moving vehicle in which a person burnt to death. There were 3 people in the car.
