The parents had come to see the school in Rajkot’s Marwari residence. The parents were stunned to see the school running in just two rooms. Students from class I to VII are taught in this school. More than 80 students study here in just two rooms. After seeing this school, the parents submitted a memorandum to the District Education Officer. The district education department has issued a notice to the school. The school was shifted from Ghanteshwar to Marwari Vas near Ramapir Chowk without permission.

It took three days to check where the school is

A parent told the media that in the first round under RTE, my daughter Sanidhya got an admission card for admission in Sunlight Pre-School, Ghanteshwar area, Jamnagar Road. So it took three days to check where is this school in Ghanteshwar, but the school was not found. So my wife and son approached the District Education Officer. From where the number of school principal Chetanbhai Bhatti was found. On contacting him, his phone was coming switched off. Later, the next day, Acharya called me and came to meet me at Madhapar where I lived.

Complained to the District Education Officer

At this time I asked to see the school and was taken to a school running in Marwadiwas Gali No. 2 near Rayadhar near Ramapir Chowk where a two room school was shown in a flat building. Where the boys toilet was written, there was a pantry running inside it. After this, on complaining to the District Education Officer, the government took action and warned that my daughter would be admitted to another school.
