BRABU: Graduation second year exam from May 15, admit card released, exam at 46 centers in five districts

Muzaffarpur: BRA Bihar University has issued the admit card on Thursday for the second year examination of the graduation session 2020-23. The admit card has been sent to all the colleges by e-mail. After downloading in the college, the admit card will be given to the candidates with the signature and seal of the principal. Second year exam will start from 15th May. The exam is to be held in two shifts till May 30. In this, 1.15 lakh candidates will be included. Along with Muzaffarpur, 46 examination centers have been set up in Vaishali, East Champaran, West Champaran and Sitamarhi districts. Controller of Examinations Dr. TK Dey said that preparations have been completed for the graduation second year examination. Admit cards were sent to all the colleges on Thursday. All the principals have been told to download the admit card and make it available to the students after the signature and seal of the principal. Along with this, all the center heads have also been asked to conduct the examination in a malpractice-free and clean environment. The Controller of Examinations said that it has also been asked to provide basic facilities for the examinees at all the centres. Before finalizing the examination center, reports along with photographs were sought from the concerned colleges.

Coding of copies will start with the examination

Along with the examination, bar coding of answer books will also be done. For this, copies will be asked from the colleges on the day of the examination itself. As the examination will be conducted, accordingly the coding of the copies will be completed. All the centers have been mapped for submission of copy on the same day after the examination is over. The Controller of Examinations says that after the examination, complete preparations have been made to start the evaluation on time and give the results. The principals of all the colleges have been asked to cooperate in bringing the university session back on track.

Students demanding time again for practical

The examination department has conducted the practical examination before the written examination, so that the result can be released on time. Even after this, hundreds of students have been deprived of practical examination in many colleges. When students are going to college, they are being sent directly to the university. Controller of Examination Dr. TK Dey said that the written examination will end on May 30. After this, one day will be given for practical. Before this, a request will have to be sent by the college to the examination department that how many students have missed their practicals.
