Qatar Stock Exchange trading started today, with a rise, as the general index rose to the level of 10243 points, compared to yesterday’s close, with a growth of 0.14%, to add 14.59 points to its balance.
Qatar Stock Exchange data showed a positive performance in the insurance sector, with a growth of 2.12%, the telecommunications sector with a growth of 0.76%, the industrial sector with a growth of 0.23%, and banking and financial services with a growth of 0.10%. And the consumer goods and services sector increased by 0.61%.
At around 10:00, the Qatari Stock Exchange recorded transactions worth 62.677 million riyals, distributed to 22.993 million shares, with the implementation of 2052 transactions.
