Four government employees were suspended after an additional invigilator at a school in Telangana’s Vikarabad district allegedly took pictures of Class 10 board exam question paper and shared it with a teacher on a messaging app during the exam itself. Has been given.

Class 10 (SSC) examinations in the state began on Monday. Police have registered a case in connection with the alleged incident.

Officials said the additional invigilator at the government school allegedly took screenshots of the first language (Telugu) question paper on his mobile phone soon after the commencement of the examination and sent it to a teacher of another government school in the district through an app. Sent so that he can prepare the answer.

He told that as soon as this news was circulated in the media, both of them got scared and they deleted it.

However, the examination passed off peacefully, officials said. He said that this is an example of misconduct by an inspector.

The Vikarabad collector has suspended four employees in the matter. These include those who are suspected to be directly involved in the matter.

Senior officials of the Education Department have instructed the District Collector to take action as per the relevant rules.

He told that the examination to be held on Tuesday will be as per the schedule.

Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party’s Telangana unit president B.K. Sanjay Kumar hit out at the alleged paper leak and sought the resignation of Education Minister P. Sabitha Indra Reddy.

The Congress, in a release, said NSUI workers staged a protest outside the SSC Board here, demanding removal of the education minister.
