This month we will address the topic of vaccines, including immunization against COVID-19. We will analyze the field of organ transplantation in the Republic of Moldova, preventive medicine in the case of women and men, we will talk about the verbal abuse of doctors, but also about the behavior of patients. We will look into the plates brought to patients in hospitals, we will dig into the depths of the digitalization of the health system and bring portraits of specialists who deserve to be seen by the public.
What I did in March
In March, the month in which we wrote, filmed and discussed violence against women, we managed to publish 14 materials on the issue. I went to Rusca where I listened to the testimony of a woman who killed her aggressor. We sought to see beneath the surface of economic violence. We talked about grooming and its dangers. We analyzed the gender pay gap. I virtually “traveled” the globe to see how women’s rights are respected around the world. We looked in school textbooks where we found misogynistic literary works and where abuse abounds. And we even went back in time to see what violence against women was like in the Romanian space.
