March 8 – BLiTZ. Former US President Donald Trump, in a Fox News radio interview, spoke about how a full-scale conflict in Ukraine could have been prevented. According to him, he would allow Russia to take over the Russian-speaking regions of the country.

Trump said Russia didn’t take over anything while he was president because Putin, in his opinion, knew it shouldn’t be done. However, even if the conflict had happened during his reign, he could have negotiated with Russia, Trump stressed.

“In the worst case, I could make a deal to capture, there are certain areas that, frankly, are Russian-speaking, but we could agree,” the ex-president emphasized.
