February 28 – BLiTZ. Currently, the whole world is actively discussing the issue of supplying American F-16 fighters to Ukraine. However, the US authorities have repeatedly denied this possibility, despite the requests of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to TASS, the Pentagon does not consider sending fighter jets a priority. That is why not a single step towards its solution has been taken. This is due to the complexity of the implementation of the entire project.

According to Pentagon estimates, it will take a year and a half to train Ukrainian pilots to fly the F-16. Accordingly, delivery is not possible before this date. If you assemble new models of fighters, then it will take even more time – 3-6 years.
