In Rostov-on-Don, in the department of social protection of the Pervomaisky district, there was a fight in line. The instigator was one of the visitors – the father of five children. This was reported on February 28 on the website kp.ru.
According to eyewitnesses, the man began to behave aggressively as soon as he entered the facility. In particular, he shouted and demanded to skip the queue, as he was with a child.
The people waiting for the reception asked him to change his tone. After this remark, the man started a conflict with the women who were in line. He burst into swearing and then hit several of them.
The conflict was stopped by a social security guard. The brawler was taken outside, and one of the victims called the police.
According to the source, the police arrived at the scene of the incident and are investigating this fact.
