State Chief Minister N. Biren Singh said that he would ensure strict action against all the accused and would try to get the death penalty. Soon after the 26-second video of the incident surfaced on Wednesday, several police teams were formed and the person said to be the alleged main conspirator was nabbed from Thoubal district.
