Five crore saplings will be planted on August 15

The Yogi Adityanath government has decided to plant 35 crore saplings to keep UP green. Under this campaign, the remaining five crore saplings will be planted on August 15 on the occasion of Independence Day. The Yogi Adityanath government has also set a target of increasing the green cover of Uttar Pradesh from 9 to 15 per cent by 2026-27.

Sapling of Kalp tree planted on the river bank in Bijnor

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath planted a Kalp tree sapling on the banks of the river in Bijnor on Saturday. He laid the foundation stone of Rs 435 crore project in Bijnor. While addressing the public meeting, he said that development is very important.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath laid the foundation stone of the land of Government Sanskrit Inter College in Vidur Kuti. He said that the stream of Ganga will pass through Vidur Kuti in Bijnor. CM Yogi Adityanath said that the flow of Sanskrit and culture will start from Bijnor itself.

Plantation in Panchavati Vatika in Muzaffarnagar

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Shuktirth in Muzaffarnagar after Bijnor and planted saplings. He reached the meeting place after circumambulating the Akshay Vat tree. He laid the foundation stone of 77 projects worth Rs 244 crore in Muzaffarnagar.

The Chief Minister directly reached Shukdev Ashram after planting five plants in Panchavati Vatika in Shukdev complex. Paying respects at the samadhi temple of Brahmalin saint along with Peethadhishwar Swami Omanand Maharaj, he circumambulated Akshay Vat and worshiped at Shukdev temple. After this CM Swami went to Omanand’s cottage. For the visit of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Samadhi temple of Shiksha Rishi Vitarag Swami Kalyandev, a pilgrimage restorer at Bhagwat Peeth Shri Shukdev Ashram, was decorated with flowers.

Shukratal of Muzaffarnagar has great importance

Department engaged in meeting its target

The Yogi Adityanath government has prepared a blueprint to achieve this goal with everyone’s cooperation. A target has been given to plant 35 crore saplings in the state, 14 crore for Forest, Environment and Climate Change, 12.59 crore for Rural Development Department, 2.50 crore for Agriculture, 1.55 crore for Horticulture Department, 1.28 crore for Panchayati Raj, 1.06 crore for Revenue and 35 lakh for Urban Development.

Along with this, 18 lakh for higher education, 14 lakh for silk, 13 lakh each for public works, railways and water power, 12 lakh for basic education, 11 lakh for health department, 9 lakh for industry, eight lakh each for industrial development and secondary education department, seven lakh each for home-animal husbandry, six lakh each for energy and cooperative, five lakh each for housing development, defense and technical education, three lakh saplings each for labor and transport department. The target has been given. Under this, all the departments are busy in fulfilling their target of plantation. Its pictures and videos are also being posted on the website of the Forest Department.
