Surat: Chamber of Commerce organizes roadshow/meeting on ‘Yarn Expo-2023’

A delegation led by Ramesh Vaghasia, President, South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including Vice President Vijay Mewawala, Honorary Treasurer Kiran Thummar, President of All Exhibitions Bijal Jariwala and Member Naveen Patel, visited Mangrol Taluka Industries Welfare Association and participated in the Yarn Expo. A roadshow/meeting was organized in this regard.

Chamber of Commerce President Ramesh Vaghasia said that with the initiative of South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry and South Gujarat Chamber Trade and Industry Development Center ‘Yarn Expo-2023’ has been organized during August 4, 5 and 6, 2023 at Surat International Exhibition and Convention Center, Sarsana.

He told the local industrialists that in this yarn exhibition cotton, polyester, wool, silk, linen, viscose, ramie and spandex, besides antibacterial yarn, imitation silk yarn, hemp yarn, flex yarn, wool like polyester yarn, cotton stretch yarn, recycled Specialty yarns such as yarn, eco gold bio degradable yarn, total text yarn for sports wear and fire retardant yarn will be on display. So he requested the industrialists to participate in the yarn exhibition. Also requested more and more industrialists and entrepreneurs directly and indirectly associated with the textile industry to visit the exhibition.

Apart from this, he requested the association and local businessmen to send various questions in writing to the Chamber of Commerce. He assured that the Chamber of Commerce would take up various industry related issues of the local entrepreneurs with the State and Central Government.

Chamber Vice President Vijay Mewawala said, “The exhibition is very important for business establishments. Entrepreneurs can develop their business by getting information about different varieties of yarn and latest technology displayed in yarn exhibition, so he requested the entrepreneurs to come to yarn expo.

During the welcome visit of Chamber’s delegation, Praveen Donga, Secretary, Mangrol Taluka Industries Welfare Association welcomed the Chamber’s delegation. He assured the Chamber of Commerce that more industrialists would visit the yarn exhibition along with the office bearers of the association. During the meeting, Mangrol Taluka Industries Welfare Association and various associations together honored the office bearers of the chamber. Chamber President Ramesh Vaghasia informed about SGCCI Global Connect Mission 84 and requested the industrialists to get ready and participate in it to increase exports. Chamber member Naveen Patel concluded the meeting with a vote of thanks to all.
