The path of education was not easy for Bharti. The college where he studied was located 28 kilometers away from his village, making the transportation cost unaffordable. Nevertheless, his indomitable spirit did not let obstacles stand in his way. Every day, she would walk eight kilometers to Garladin, from where she could catch a bus to college. There was no limit to his dedication.

Despite facing financial constraints, Bharti’s thirst for knowledge was not going to be quenched. Determined to excel in her studies, she used to study till late night. Her husband and teachers remained her staunch supporters and guided her towards her dream of pursuing a PhD.

She was inspired by her dedication to the subject and to take up a university-level job after completing her doctoral studies.
