Aligarh: The swearing-in ceremony of mayor and councilors was organized at Krishnanjali Auditorium in Aligarh, UP. During this, Prashant Singhal was sworn in as the sixth mayor amidst a grand program. Along with the mayor, 90 councilors also took oath.
