The process of land acquisition has started for the construction of multi-modal logistic park in Jaitiya village of Fatuha zone of Patna district. A requisition has been sought for land acquisition. A requisition has been sent to the industries department on behalf of the district administration. After receiving the requisition from the department, further work regarding land acquisition will start. Under this, first of all it will be published regarding the land.

108 acres of land required for logistics park
About 108 acres of land is required for the construction of the Multi Modal Logistics Park. For this acquisition has to be done in Jaitiya village of Fatuha zone. About 168 crores are likely to be spent on the construction of the logistics park. The source said that the National Highway Logistics Management Limited will bear 50 percent of the cost of land acquisition from its own resources.

The logistics park will be constructed jointly by the Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA), the central government agency National Highway Logistics Management Limited and Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. The connection of Jaitia Mauza is from Amas-Darbhanga four lane and Patna-Dobhi. Apart from this, connectivity with the Neura-Daniyawan rail line will also increase. An official source told that the construction of the park will bring many benefits in different sectors.
