Jharkhand’s 32 agitators get seven thousand pension, three and a half thousand on 2511, so many applications are still pending

32 agitators from the separate state of Jharkhand are getting an honorarium of Rs 7,000. Whereas 2511 agitators get three and a half thousand rupees. Apart from this, certificates have been given to one thousand agitators. At present, more than 20 thousand applications of the agitators are pending.

Assembly’s assurance committee meeting was held on Thursday. In this, the issue of honorarium and other facilities given to the agitators of Jharkhand came up. Chairman Deepak Birua, members Dr. Lambodar Mahato and Amba Prasad were angry about the functioning of the Home Department. The department had to submit a report to the committee regarding the facilities being provided to the agitators in Chhattisgarh and other states.

But this report was not received by the committee. Expressing his displeasure on the officials of the Home Department, Chairman Mr. Birua said that even after speaking several times, the report is not coming. He directed the officials to come to the meeting by sending information through correspondence or mail to these states.

Mr. Birua instructed the officers to keep the report related to the rules of other states within 10 days. The departmental officers gave complete information about the agitator’s honor pension to the Vis Committee. The committee was told that about four thousand agitators have been identified. They are getting different honorarium.
