Lalpania (Bokaro), Nageshwar : People of Chatrochatti Van Veet area under Gomia block of Bokaro district will get relief in coming to Gomia range office. With the construction of range office in Jarkunda of Barkichidri Panchayat, people will not have to travel a distance of 20 to 25 kilometers. Earlier, the villagers had to go with the forest staff for the execution of departmental works, but the formation of Gomiya Range Office will provide relief.
Apart from the range office in Jarkunda, construction of Hajat Ghar is also going on.
With the efforts of Saurabh Chandra, DFO of Hazaribagh East Forest Division, Gomiya Range Office in Jarkunda of Barkichidri Panchayat is being constructed by the work department. Apart from the range office, Hajat Ghar is also being constructed in Jarkunda.
Traveling 20-25 kilometers will give relief
It may be known that the office of Chatrochti Van Vet is attached to the range office at Gomia. For execution of any works one has to come to Gomia range office after traveling a distance of 20 to 25 kms. But, with the construction of the range office in Jarkunda, apart from the employees of the Forest Department, other officers will also be able to do the work related to the forest.

People of seven panchayats of Gomia will get relief
Seven panchayats come under Gomiya block. Under this, villagers of Hurlung, Barkisidhwara, Chatrochatti, North Jhumra, Chute, Lodhi Karri and Badkichidari Panchayat of Pachmo Panchayat will be benefited from the works of the Forest Department. Here there is a forest guard’s residence from the east. Also there is a beautiful guest house.
Chatrochti One Veet has all seven OneVet
There are seven forests inside the Chatrochatti Forest Forest, in which there are 45 small and big forests. Whose area is 2600 hectares. There are seven sub-forests in all these areas: Hurlung, Bhitia, North Jhumra, Karri, Chute, Tiskopi and Barkichidri. The works related to these areas are executed from the Gomia Range Office. Now with the construction of range office in Jarkunda, the work of Gomiya range will be conducted from here itself, which will be a matter of relief for the people of this area. This will speed up development. Here under-construction Range Office and Hajat Ghar are being looked after by Forest Pal Raza Ahmed and Forest Guard Vikas Kumar.
