The 68th Combined Main Competitive Examination was held on Wednesday at seven centers in Patna, in the first shift of this examination to be held on the second day, the examination of GS Paper II was taken while in the second shift, the examination of General Hindi was conducted. 3277 candidates appeared in it. The examination was conducted amid tight security arrangements and no untoward incident was reported from anywhere during this period. Biometric of every candidate was taken at the examination center by facial recognition and iris capture method. Every examinee was searched at two places.

To ensure success, along with the preliminary examination, preparation for the main examination also needs to be started seriously.

That’s why students need to broaden their writing ability. Five questions have been asked in the first paper of all the three sections, which were compulsory to solve. Due to this, the candidates have got some difficulty in time management. There was a lot of variety in the questions in the second section. Bihar related questions were more this time also, more application based questions were asked in the third section, which required in-depth study.
