The admission process for the new session of Patna University and Patliputra University will be started from May 20-22. In this regard, both the universities will soon issue notification related to admission. Earlier, both the universities had started the application process for admission, but after the order of Raj Bhavan, both the universities canceled the application form for admission.

Now students will apply fresh for four year graduation course under CBCS. PU officials told that the guidelines for the new course have been received from the Raj Bhavan. Admission process will be started soon. On the other hand, PPU Vice-Chancellor Prof RK Singh said that a detailed schedule of admission will be issued after meeting. The admission process will be completed by June 30. The classes for the new session will start from July 4. The classes for the second semester will be started from 10th January.
Rs 16,290 will have to be paid for four years of graduation
In all the universities of the state, now the fees for all the courses under CBCS have become uniform. Students will have to pay Rs 16, 290 as fees to complete the four-year graduation in the new session 2023-24. At the same time, lab fee Rs 600 (in certain subjects), registration fee Rs 600, examination fee Rs 600 (each semester) will have to be paid. At the same time, students will have to pay Rs 600 to get UG certificate, UG diploma, UG degree, UG degree honors. For example, in Semester 1, the fee for BA, B.Sc and B.Com will be Rs 2255 and the examination fee will be Rs 600. From Semester 2 to 8, BA, BSc and BCom fees will have to be paid Rs 2005 and Rs 600 as examination fee in every semester.
