Dukhan Bank wins 4 awards for banking excellence

Dukhan Bank has won 4 prestigious awards from the annual awards program of MEED magazine “Banking Excellence in the Middle East and North Africa for the year 2023”, in recognition of its continuous efforts in providing the latest private banking services and digital solutions to its customers.
For the second year in a row, Dukhan Bank won the “Best Private Banking Bank in Qatar” award as a new recognition of the outstanding level of its private banking services that aim to improve the overall customer experience. Mr. Shawky Daher, General Manager of Private Banking at Dukhan Bank, also received the award The “Best Banker for Private Banking Services in the Middle East and North Africa” award for his efforts in developing his management work system according to a progressive vision and his achievements in this aspect in line with the bank’s comprehensive vision and its digital strategy that focuses on increasing customer satisfaction rates.
Dukhan Bank’s “Rashid” virtual assistant, supported by the latest artificial intelligence technologies, also won the “Best Use of Artificial Intelligence in Financial Services” and “Excellence in Multi-Channel Integration” awards for the second year in a row as well.
These achievements and accolades came in the wake of Dukhan Bank’s successful transformation into a Qatari public shareholding company through the direct listing of its shares in the main market of the Qatar Stock Exchange, as of February 2023.
