A horrific road accident has happened in Samastipur, Bihar. It is being told that a car has hit the police vehicle strongly. During this, half a dozen policemen have been injured. The injured include five Home Guard personnel including an ASI. In a hurry, people took the injured to the hospital. The condition of the injured ASI is said to be serious. After the accident, the car riders fled leaving their vehicle there. The incident took place near Baingan Chowk of Kalyanpur police station area.

It is being told that the people in the other vehicle also got hurt. The injured policemen were sent to Samastipur Sadar Hospital after first aid. Kalyanpur Police Station President Gautam Kumar told that in the early hours the LTF team had gone towards Jatmalpur. This accident happened while returning in the morning. The people of the other vehicle were also injured. But, they have not come forward.

Injured constable Jeevach Chaudhary, who was part of the team, told that at five in the morning, ALTF was returning from Jatmalpur to Kalyanpur police station. Meanwhile, a car of the procession going from Samastipur hit directly near Bhatti Chowk. On hearing the screams, people gathered around. No specific information has been found about the occupants of the car. However, the police is investigating the matter seriously. It is understood that people left the place out of fear due to the collision in the police vehicle.
