The AK 47 rifle was used in the murder of Dina Gope, which the police is yet to recover. Bhola Rai was also arrested by the police in the Ranjit Singh murder case. Apart from this, Bhola Rai’s name also came up in the case of firing on Tuntun Rai in Beur area. The police arrested him from Jaganpura area and sent him to jail.

Bhola was released on bail two years ago

Sources say that Bhola Rai was released on bail two years ago and had made his hideout in Jaganpura, Munnachak, Diyara area and Fatuha. He is basically a resident of Sotachak of Parsa. SSP Rajeev Mishra told that many cases were registered against him in Parsa Bazar, Masodhi, Pataliputra, Buddha Colony, Kankarbagh, Beur, Kadamkuan and Gardanibagh police stations. CCTV footage around the spot is being scrutinized and the culprits are being identified.

Bhola was engaged in the business of land grab

Bhola Rai had stopped the business of contract killing in recent times and started doing business related to land. It has already been his job to capture the disputed land. Sources say that recently he had a estrangement with some people over a land dispute and his murder is said to be the result of that. This Munna Chak was living underground in Yogipur area. However, it had another location in Jaganpura area as well.

Criminals had already ambushed

Sources say that Bhola first went to Fatuha on Monday and then reached Munna Chak. After this, he had left for Jaganpura on the bike itself and in the meantime, the criminals riding the bike first shot him in the back and then when he fell with the bike, shot him in the chest and killed him. Only the members of the group knew about his whereabouts. He reached that area in the evening, the information of which was known only to his close ones. But the criminals, who had already ambushed, opened fire on him. Due to this there was chaos in the area. It is clear from the way this incident has happened that the people of his own group have killed him in mutual enmity.

Bhola got two bullets

Sources say that he was hit by two bullets and fell down in a pool of blood. There were two-three other people with him, who were from different bikes, but they left after the incident. On getting information about the incident, the police of Patrakar Nagar police station reached and admitted him to Rajeshwar Hospital located on Old Bypass for treatment. But in no time the doctors declared him dead. He died due to excessive loss of blood from his body.
