In 13 districts of Bihar, about 115 court buildings and about 90 residential buildings for judicial officers will be ready by this year. These buildings are being constructed on the guidelines of the Central Government. About Rs 28.81 crore is now left in the single nodal account created for this. These were to be spent by March 2023.

About 26 crore 57 lakh rupees will be spent this month

Regarding the money released for construction, now on the basis of new guidelines, the remaining money in the account will have to be spent by May 2023. Only after these are spent, the allocation of the next amount for the construction work can be obtained from the Central Government. In such a situation, a budget has been prepared for the expenditure on the ongoing construction of buildings in all the 13 districts. About 26 crore 57 lakh rupees will be spent on these.

Construction of buildings to be done in these districts

10 court buildings in Saran district, 19 court buildings and hajat buildings in Arwal district, nine court buildings and 21 residential buildings in Arrah, 20 court buildings, hajat buildings and amenity buildings in Bhabhua, 24 quarters in Siwan district and 12 quarters in Muzaffarpur district, Residence of District Judge, Principal Judge, ADJ and CJM in Arwal, 20 Court Buildings and 36 Quarters in Madhubani District, 18 Court Buildings and 12 Quarters in Darbhanga District, Six Court Buildings in Sasaram, One Family Court Building in Sitamarhi District, Supaul District In 10 court buildings, 12 quarters will be constructed in Samastipur district.
