A state in Eastern India: In Muzaffarpur, a consumer mega camp was organized from different areas of the city on the second day also regarding the problem and problem of electricity bill. The people who reached the consumer mega camp put their complaints in front of the officers present in the camp. Bill related problems of 103 consumers were resolved till late evening in the camp. In the camp located at Madipur, the maximum number of 72 cases related to deferment (difference amount) have been reported on the last day of the camp. Today was the second day of Consumer Mega Camp.
Prepaid meter system should be transparent
Some people were satisfied, while some consumers told that it was explained here. But the record of deduction of many amounts is not visible in the new app, due to which there is confusion. Consumers Amit Kumar, Subodh Kumar said that on which items the amount is being deducted on the app, it should be completely transparent. SDO Eastern Gyan Prakash and DSP Raghav Dayal reached during the mega camp in the afternoon. He told that prepaid meter should be installed, people should keep patience and meet the electricity officials in case of any problem like bill payment or meter running fast, its redressal will be done immediately. Khwaja Jamal, Senior Protocol Officer, BSPHCL, said that this two-day mega camp was very successful for solving the problems related to smart meters.

All the consumers who came to the camp were satisfied. Superintending Engineer Pankaj Rajesh said that 103 cases were executed today in the consumer mega camp camp. On the second day, the officers of Saraiyaganj, Kalyani, MIT, Madipur, Nayatola, Aghoria Bazar, Sikandarpur, and Chandwara sections heard the problems of the people. Executive Engineers Vijay Kumar, Pankaj Kumar, Manoj Kumar Jaiswal and Sajid Hussain were present in the camp.
