When the girl called, a young man from the other side who told his name as Raja started talking. After this the young man said to be friends with me, then the young woman disconnected the call by saying wrong number. But the young man started calling the girl several times for friendship. After some time of friendship, the accused youth Raja alias Moin Khan proposed the victim girl for marriage and took her to his house in Baluganj to meet his family. When the girl reached her house, she came to know that Raja is not a Hindu but from another community. On which the girl got angry and started going home. But the accused Raja alias Moin Khan, his father Riyaz, mother Zarina, sisters Bushra, Muskaan and Tanu forcibly held the girl hostage in the house and called the Maulvi of their community and got her converted without her consent. After which the girl was given a new name Nisha Khan. Not only this, the marriage of the victim girl was also done forcefully by the family members and the marriage deed was also signed. Many times the girl thought of running away from home. But she was forcibly kept hostage in the house and was also physically abused.

According to the girl, after some time a son was born to her from Raja alias Moin. One day, while cleaning the house, he came across some evidence from which he came to know that Raja alias Moin had ruined the lives of many other Hindu girls before that. Raja and his family support him in this work of love jihad. When he opposed this, everyone beat him up and threw him out of the house after uttering talaq three times. There he was threatened that if he complains to anyone, he will kill your family members. Due to panic, the girl did not complain to anyone for a few days. But after some time, he complained about this in Rakabganj police station, but his police did not listen to him. After which he gave an application in the court and on the orders of the court, a case has been registered in Rakabganj police station. The police is talking about the investigation in the case.
