Tata Cancer Hospital inaugurated today
CM Hemant Soren will inaugurate the Tata Cancer Hospital and Research Center at Kanke on Friday. At present there is arrangement of 82 beds with OPD in the hospital. Its foundation stone was laid by Ratan Tata and the then Chief Minister Raghuvar Das on 10 November 2018. OPD and indoor treatment started from October 2022. Here all the tests and treatment of cancer including radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other facilities will be available.
Suspended IAS Chhavi Ranjan to appear in ED court today
ED’s inquiry is going on in the case of purchase and sale of land occupied by the army. Chhavi Ranjan will be produced in the court on May 12 as the remand period is over. The ED questioned three people on Thursday in connection with the purchase and sale of land occupied by the army. He was issued a notice and directed to appear on May 11. In the light of this instruction, Prodam, Prerna and Harishankar appeared. The ED interrogated these people in connection with the purchase and sale of army land.
