It is being said that in Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025, 40 crore devotees from all over the world will reach here. Earlier in Kumbh Mela 2018-19, more than 25 crore devotees came to take bath in Ganga and Sangam. Keeping in view the number of devotees in the year 2025, this time the fair area will be expanded.

For this the Prayagraj Fair Authority has conducted a survey. Now on the basis of this a decision will be taken on the expansion of the fair area. It is being told that on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, in view of Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025, the authority has started working fast for the expansion of the fair area. However, the final decision regarding the land will be taken only after the rains and flood situation that year. On the same basis, it will be known that the flow of Ganga is more in some area and where the land is vacant. Still, it is believed that the fair area will be expanded from Naini industrial area to Karchhana border, Sarai Inayat in Jhunsi and Malak Harhar in Phaphamau.

From now on, construction work will also be done in these areas at a fast pace, so that the devotees can get the benefit of the facilities during the Mahakumbh. For this, the number of roadways, link roads and pontoon bridges on rivers will be increased for direct connectivity to Sangam.

Many new initiatives will also be taken to ensure that there is no problem for any devotee coming to the land of Prayagraj in Mahakumbh. Prayagraj Fair Authority has also taken another decision regarding the devotees coming from outside the state in Mahakumbh. Under this, along with arrangements for transport, signage will be installed at various places. Five languages ​​including Hindi will be used in the signage, so that even people coming from far flung states can read it and they don’t have to wander in the fair area.
