On the National Highway near Karjan, around 13 Sadhvi Maharaj was doing Vihar from Palej side near Patia of Dethan village. Meanwhile, a speeding truck going from Bharuch to Vadodara hit Jain Sadhviji (Gyan Darshana Maharaj) from behind. Due to which Sadhviji was seriously injured. After the accident, the driver fled with the truck. While Jain Sadhvi Maharaj has been admitted to a private hospital in Vadodara for treatment.
The worldly name of Jain Sadhvi ji was known as Khushbu Sanjay Shah. Hearing the news of Sadhvi ji’s accident, a large number of Jains reached the hospital. The Karjan police have registered a case against the truck driver regarding the incident and have started the process of arresting him.
