There was a business friendship between the complainant Dilipbhai Chhotabhai Panchal, resident of Atladara area of ​​the city and engaged in agriculture and construction business, and Seemaben Ashokbhai Taylor (Resident – Nisargagreen Apartment, Atladara), owner of Aditya Construction Company. Seemaben has got the contract for road construction in Viramgam, Bavla and Botad. Which was a work of about 16 lakhs. When he needed money for business, Chub Dilipbhai helped him with 37.29 lakhs. Out of which the accused returned Rs 8.20 lakh. While 28.9 lakh was outstanding. Whose check was given. On the return of the cheque, the complainant lodged a case against the accused under Section 138 of The Negotiable Instruments Act.

During the hearing, prosecution lawyer SR Prajapati and defense lawyer DP Thakrani presented their arguments. Chief Judicial Magistrate Deepak Hasmukhbhai Khambati, after examining the arguments and evidence of both the sides, said that such cases are increasing day by day. The court should aim to ensure that the accused realizes his act and the complainant gets adequate compensation.
