Is ‘Fazza Scam’ an orchestrated propaganda against Dubai royals?

For the past several months, social media platforms as well as a section of minor media outlets have bee publishing information centering ‘Fazza Scam’ which involves Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum.

Circulation of these stories originated from a woman named Radha Stirling, a grand scammer and affiliate of Al Qaeda jihadist outfit. The so-called Fazza Scam reportedly run by an individual named Hervé Jaubert, a former French Navy officer, marine engineer and DGSE secret agent with active collaboration of his Filipina wife Raquel Marquez. It may be mentioned here that, Hervé Jaubert, Raquel Marquez and Radha Stirling were the masterminds behind foiled attempt of abducting Dubai Princess Latifa bint Maktoum.

As this crime racket’s nefarious attempt of abducting Dubai Princess Latifa was foiled, Hervé Jaubert and his cohorts continued to claim that Princess Latifa had hired Jaubert for helping her fleeing Dubai despite the fact that media reports have stated that Hervé Jaubert alias Oliver and his cohorts had masterminded the abduction plot with the nefarious agenda of holding her as hostage and demand millions of dollars from the Dubai royals.

Commenting on Dubai’s internal security apparatus, one former CIA agent, who works in a private security company that specializes in handling kidnapping and extortion cases told the Daily Beast: “Dubai is awash with intelligence [agents] from all over the world. It’s a very small place. It’s highly implausible that this young woman from the royal family could have escaped as easily as she did with no one seeing her and equally implausible that no one has eyeballed her since if she was returned to Dubai. Everyone talks there”.

Particularly in the case of Princess Latifa, it is someone who had made another escape bid few years ago before she had reportedly tried to flee Dubai with the help of Hervé Jaubert – it would be impossible to believe, she was not under constant surveillance. Moreover, Mary Robinson [Mary Therese Winifred Robinson], former president of Ireland, after meeting Princess Latifa in 2018, had categorically told the media that Latifa was a troubled girl and was under psychiatric treatment. So, for a female member of the Dubai royal family, with psychiatric issues and being a “troubled child”, it is impossible to swallow the ‘Dubai escape’ story of Hervé Jaubert and others.

On February 24, 2018, the official story went in a narrative that could be out of an old Charlie’s Angels episode, Princess Latifa allegedly escaped Dubai by crossing into Oman with another blonde Finnish woman named Tiina Jauhiainen. Her identity also is extremely smoky. Tiina has been claiming to be the martial art instructed to Princess Latifa to most of the media, while in the recent past, she changed the story and claimed to be the skydiving partner of the Dubai princess.

If we take the comment of the former CIA agent into cognizance then the story of fleeing Dubai through the sea using rubber boat would simply fall flat. Was there really any such incident at all!

The notorious Radha Stirling

One of Stirling’s partners Shahid Bolsen, 46, an American convert to Islam who was born Shannon Morris in Boulder, Colorado. In 2015, The New York Times described Bolsen as an “Internet provocateur” and the “latest in a series of Westerners, including the American citizens Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, to turn up as propagandists for various forms of Islamist violence”.

Bolsen served seven years in prison for manslaughter in the UAE, a case involving the murder by chloroform of a German national, and allegations of sex for sale.

According to media reports, members of this crime racket continued outrageous propaganda against Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, while few of these propagandists were making lots of cash by fooling hundreds and thousands of individuals by falsely claiming, Princess Latifa has been locked-up in an isolated place.

The grand scammer Radha Stirling, a self-styled Criminal and Civil Justice Expert has claimed, she was contacted by Princess Latifa from the yacht named Nostromo when it was “attacked” by the “Indian and UAE forces”. According information available on the internet, Radha Stirling she isn’t a lawyer, didn’t go to any law school, and didn’t even graduate with a law degree.

Radha Stirling is one of the top propagandists, who was involved in spreading unverified information claiming Princess Latifa was abducted from a yacht named Nostromo. Although Stirling claims to be a Criminal and Civil Justice Expert, according to her previous partner David Haigh, she is not a lawyer and did not go to any law school and did not even graduate with a law degree.

Philippines, the birthplace of ‘Fazza Scam’

Few years ago, Hervé Jaubert alias Oliver as well his Filipina wife Raquel Marquez was on Interpol Red Notice, for committing serious crimes in the United Arab Emirates. This crime couple maintains regular contacts with Radha Stirling and other members of international crime rackets.

Sitting in the Philippines, Hervé Jaubert and Raquel Marquez are continuing numerous types of criminal and scamming activities for years, while their prime target always is the United Arab Emirates, as Hervé Jaubert holds grudge against the Dubai authorities for foiling his notorious attempt of abducting Princess Latifa. Hervé Jaubert hold double citizenship of France and the United States, while he has been living in the Philippines for many years now, to hide from people he and his gang have scammed.

The ‘Fazza Scam’ has been a brainchild of Hervé Jaubert and Radha Stirling, who wanted to gain double goals – earn millions of dollars through this scam venture and tarnish image of the Dubai royals. The gang launched the plan of targeting various individuals by pretending as Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum. As their scamming ventures continued, some of the victims began approaching media outlets of their stories, and one such story was published in the Scottish Sun.

The Scottish Sun in its report titled ‘Glasgow woman convinced she was flirting with billionaire Dubai prince who wanted to visit her scammed out of £3,800’ said:

Aimee Walters, who used to live in the United Arab Emirates, was approached on Instagram by a fraudster posing as Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai.

‘Prince Hamdan’, 38, reached out after seeing a post she made about flights to Dubai.

He took an interest in a dispute she’d had with her former landlord in Dubai, and said he could help her solve the case.

The pair then started chatting on Hangouts, an app notoriously popular with romance scammers, and the ‘royal’ said he was desperate to visit her family in Scotland.

But he claimed she needed to pay for a special “royal ID card” that would allow him to visit her for Christmas – and it had to be paid to his agents as he could not accept funds directly, given his prominent position.

It was only after losing £3,800 that Aimee realized she was being targeted by fraudsters.

Frustrated with herself for falling for the scam, she said: “It was ridiculous.

“I’m now taking it upon myself to warn others about these scams. There are hundreds of social media accounts still trying to rob people and they can’t get away with it.”

Popularly known as Fazza, the Crown Prince of Dubai boasts more than 11 million followers on Instagram.

The convincing scammer who targeted Aimee shared his ‘ID’ and a backstory, talking about his renowned philanthropy and charitable endeavors.

The real royal married his cousin, Sheikha Sheikha bint Saeed bin Thani Al Maktoum, in 2019 and the couple welcomed twins earlier this month.

Here again, the infamous Radha Stirling spoke to the Scottish Sun and pretended as the savior, while she is actually a part of the ‘Fazza Scam’ racket.

Authorities in the United Arab Emirates need to immediately initiate an investigation into this matter and take stern legal action against those culprits, including Hervé Jaubert alias Oliver.
