A similar case has come to the notice of parents in the city. In this case, a teenage girl was being blackmailed because of a friendship she had made on Instagram and because of this she has been revealed to have stolen money from her house.
According to the information, a girl student living in Godadara area of Surat and studying in class 8 was using Instagram on her mother’s phone for a long time. Through this Instagram, she came in contact with a young man. Both the young man and the woman became online friends through Instagram. After friendship, both used to interact daily on Instagram. During the conversation, one day the young man called this girl to a place to meet. When they met there was naturally a kiss between the two. The young man took the photo of the teenager while kissing. By showing this photo, the young man started blackmailing the girl again and again.
The young man was continuously threatening this teenager to make the photo viral on the phone. To save the photo from going viral, the young man demanded money from the girl. The girl was afraid that if her photo went viral, she would be defamed in the society and the family members would come to know. Thinking that the girl was scared, the young man asked the girl for money. The girl stole 50 thousand rupees from her house and gave it to the young man. After this the youth’s hunger for money did not subside.
One day the young man was going to the girl’s house to ask for money. When the complete information came to the girl’s mother, the girl’s mother chased away the young man Vikas Vishwakarma from the house. After being driven out of the house, the young man’s brother came and started abusing him. Because of this, the relatives of the girl have filed a complaint against the young man and his brother. After registering the complaint, the police arrested the youth and his brother and is taking further action.
