An incident has come to light in Hansot of Ankleshwar where a two-year-old child got seriously burnt after falling into a pot of hot sugar syrup while playing. The child has been referred to Surat Civil Hospital for treatment. At present, he is undergoing treatment, where doctors are telling the condition of the child is very serious. There is mourning in the family due to this condition of the child.
Two-year-old fell into a pot of hot syrup
According to the information, the family originally from Rajasthan currently lives in Hansot, Ankleshwar. The family has come to Hansot in Ankleshwar 15 to 20 days ago to earn daily bread and started the business of ice balls. There is a child of 2 years in this family. Meanwhile, on April 25, the father was making syrup to color the snowballs. Then the child fell while playing in the hot pan.
The family sat down to eat food after opening the pot of syrup.
The sugar syrup prepared for making barfe balls is heated and kept in an open vessel. The parents were sitting down to eat when this two-year-old child playfully reached into the pan of sugar syrup. This child standing near the cup of syrup suddenly fell upside down in the pan.

When the child started crying, the family came to know that the child had fallen into the pan of sugar syrup. The family left the food and took the child out of the pot and went to the hospital. The child was given first aid for two days at Hansot Government Hospital. But the child’s health did not improve and he was brought to Surat Civil Hospital.

After giving first aid to the child at the trauma center of Surat Civil Hospital, he was immediately admitted to the surgery ward of Civil Hospital. Regarding the condition of the child, RMO Nayak told that the condition of this child remains very critical. Due to which he has been kept on ventilator. Every possible effort is being made by the doctors to improve the health of the child. The child has burnt more than 30 percent and his breathing process is also going up and down. Doctors are also worried about this.

Om Prakash, a relative of the child, told that hot syrup was being made for the ice balls. During this time the child was playing there and his parents were having food. By mistake the pan was not covered. Meanwhile, the child fell into the pan while playing and this incident happened.
