Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar’s upcoming comedy film ‘Hera Pheri-3’ is currently in headlines. Now a new controversy has arisen regarding this film. The dispute is about the making rights of the film. Eros International has issued a legal notice against the filmmakers.

Eros International has claimed in this notice that all the rights of the film are with Eros International. There has been a lot of ruckus in the past regarding ‘Hera Pheri-3’. T-Series has also given a notice to the film. In the notice issued by Eros International, Nadiadwala Group owes Rs 60 crore. Also, it was agreed that Firoz Nadiadwala would retain all the rights of Hera Pheri-3 until he paid the money. It has been said in the notice that all the rights of the film are with Eros. In this, right from the title of the film to digital and music rights have also been reserved with them. According to this notice, Firoz Nadiadwala had also agreed not to sell any rights to third parties without the consent of Eros International.

The film was announced earlier this year. Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal will once again be seen in the lead roles in this film. The audience will get to see the iconic pair of ‘Raju’, ‘Shyam’ and ‘Baburao’ once again on the screen. A few months ago, Akshay Kumar met the filmmakers to work on ‘Hera Pheri 3’. Firoz Nadiadwala had a long meeting with Suniel Shetty, Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal at Empire Studios in Mumbai. After that the shooting of this film has also started.
