The case was brought by Abhayam’s team to understand the social and legal responsibility to the son-daughter-in-law who were avoiding the responsibility of widower father and father-in-law. Citing the law, the team said that it is your responsibility to take care of the elderly father. After convincing the team, the son assured to take care of his father.

Due to the need of the son, the father took a loan of one lakh from the bank and gave it to him. Whose installments he does not pay, due to which he has to work as a security at the age of 75 years. Despite this, the son-daughter-in-law does not give food and tiffin has to be brought from outside. Saddened by the behavior of the son and daughter-in-law, the father said that he will sell his house and repay the bank loan and take care of himself, but both of them should leave the house. After saying this, both started quarreling.
