Msheireb Downtown Doha celebrates Eid Al-Fitr with a wide range of activities and events in all neighborhoods and streets of the city, to provide visitors of all ages with an immersive and magical experience in one of the largest holiday festivals.
These celebrations reflect Msheireb Downtown Doha’s commitment to the local community, providing them with the opportunity to celebrate Eid in one of the distinctive heritage neighborhoods and return to the ancient roots in the heart of Doha. The events are held in a safe and comfortable environment to provide everyone with an unforgettable experience.
In this context, Dr. Hafez Ali Ali, Head of Marketing and Communications Department at Msheireb Properties, said: “We are pleased to organize these activities and events to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr and provide an immersive experience for all. On the first day of Eid, visitors will be greeted with flowers from “Floward”, to start their distinguished journey in Msheireb from 21 to 28 April 2023, and from 5 pm to 11 pm, Barahat Msheireb welcomes visitors in a comprehensive experience characterized by captivating musical performances and charming storytelling sessions. Everyone can also take the most beautiful pictures of the feast in the 360-degree photo booth, as well as taste a variety of delicious food and drinks in the food and beverage court.
The Sekka Festival takes place from April 21 to 28, and offers daily from 5 to 11 pm a group of great performances, events and entertainment activities for all age groups, and is the ideal destination to celebrate Eid. The Sikka Festival allows children to participate in a fun competition for a chance to win Eid vouchers from participating stores in Msheireb Downtown Doha. Children will be invited on stage answering simple questions to win an Eid voucher from participating stores in Msheireb Downtown Doha, selecting more than 30 winners each day throughout the 8-day celebration. The competition will be held for one hour daily from 7:30 to 8:30 pm.
