“What happens to the female leaders at the Court of Accounts who do not obey the conditions and do not accept Lupu’s sexual advances? I, the only woman employed at the Court of Accounts who applied for the position of member of the Court, since Lupu has been president, refusing his advances, found myself in the situation where an internal file was fabricated on me regarding non-compliance with the rules of conduct of Courts of Accounts”, writes Vozian on Facebook.

She claims that the reprimand was given because of her “refusal to accept the terms of being recognized as a member of his team”.

“Besides, Lupu is not bothered by the nature of romantic relationships between some colleagues at the Court of Accounts, rather he arranges business trips for them abroad and motivates them financially through the accumulation of positions. The deterrence of such behaviors ended with the application of a “severe reprimand” and the tarnishing of my professional reputation, so that I could not advance in my career, including in the position of president of the Court of Accounts. These are the methods transferred to the Court of Accounts from an oligarchic and dictatorial regime from which Marian Lupu comes, in order to ensure her position as president of the Court of Accounts of the Republic of Moldova”, wrote Tatiana Vozian.

She also attached the document by which she received the harsh reprimand. According to the Labor Code, this is a disciplinary method that precedes dismissal and is usually applied after a simple warning and reprimand.

The woman stated, in the comments on her post, that she will challenge the institution’s order in court.

Shortly after Tatiana Vozian’s post appeared, the Court of Accounts came with an official reaction.

“The Court of Accounts considers the mentioned statements slander and insinuations, which denigrate the image of the person with public dignity and harm the image of the institution and the entire collective. The slanderous statements were predictable and were stated immediately after informing the employee about the decision of the Disciplinary Commission of the Court of Accounts”, the public reaction states.

The CCRM claims that Vozian was severely reprimanded for “not complying with the rules of conduct”.

The institution claims that Vozian came under the scrutiny of the Disciplinary Commission, which examined the notifications received from the employees under her command. According to the CCRM, Vozian was accused by her colleagues of “abusive behavior in violation of ethical norms.”

The Court of Accounts writes that Vozian intimidated a group of colleagues, then some members of the Disciplinary Commission and even Marian Lupu.

“In the context of the examination of the complaints submitted, the file was proven, and the accused person was fully offered the right to defense. It should be noted that in the context of the examination of the file, the employee started actions to intimidate a group of employees of the Court of Accounts who were interviewed by the Disciplinary Commission, in the context of the examination of the file. Also, some members of the Disciplinary Commission were subjected to intimidation, which culminated in the attempt to intimidate the president of the Court of Accounts”, lists CCRM.

“The elucidated situation denotes slanderous and derogatory actions towards some employees of the Court of Accounts, as well as attempts to damage the institution’s image, in general. It is regrettable that the employee of the institution with the position of manager and who declares herself as a leader failed to resolve the conflicts within the subdivision she leads, adopting an aggressive behavior, a fact that led to the application of the disciplinary sanction”, concludes the institution.

We remind you that Lupu holds the presidency of the Court of Accounts since 2019, having been appointed a few months before the change of power in Chisinau, resulting in the flight of Vlad Plahotniuc from the country.

Vozian is 35 years old, she has been an employee of the Court of Accounts since 2010. She holds two awards of the institution: the Golden Badge “Eminent of Public Audit” and the “Cross for Merit Grade I”.
