The report of Al-Asmakh Real Estate Projects Company said that the rate of government spending is considered one of the most important factors leading to the growth of the real estate sector, pointing to the continuation of work on the completion of infrastructure projects, especially the development of citizens’ lands.
The report indicated that the large package of contracts related to programs related to infrastructure such as roads and sanitation that are being implemented by the concerned authorities, in addition to the development of citizens’ lands is the main focus of real estate construction activity in the second half of this year, in addition to contracts of high value that were offered. For building projects that will contribute to strengthening the construction sector.
The report added: These contracts will provide an opportunity for the activity of the real estate sector, through the development of areas that will serve these projects, which will need many and varied real estate facilities.

Indicating that the projects market in Qatar is receiving a strong impetus through two related goals, which are national development and infrastructure building.
The report indicated that the volume of spending on development projects in Qatar will enhance the growth of the building construction sector, which in turn will be reflected in economic growth, whether at the sectoral or macro level. Land prices and transaction values
The report of Al-Asmakh Real Estate Projects Company said that the values ​​of real estate transactions witnessed a low performance compared to the previous week, according to the data of the latest bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice for the week extending from “March 26 to March 30”, when the number of real estate transactions recorded “64” deals. The report pointed out that the values ​​of real estate transactions exceeded 161.7 million riyals.
The report indicated that the municipalities of Al-Wakra and Al-Daayen maintained great activities in transactions in terms of the number of executed deals and ranked first and second, respectively. The report indicated that the average number of transactions executed per day amounted to approximately 13 deals.
