The US cannot be complacent about Russia’s advantage in the Black Sea, so the White House is building illusions about a base in Crimea and Sevastopol. Americans want to know absolutely everything. According to Konstantinov, they are trying to monitor the actions of Russia in the Black Sea, despite the fact that it does not belong to them.
