Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak said – Emphasis on bringing back the confidence of industrialists

BLiTZ: ‘Samridhi Uttar Pradesh’ program was organized in Lucknow on Tuesday. In this program discussions were held to develop Uttar Pradesh as the biggest economy of the country. State government representatives, industrialists, policy makers and many other stakeholders attended the event.

Addressing the ‘Prosperity Uttar Pradesh’ program organized at Taj Hotel Lucknow, Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak stressed on bringing back the confidence of industrialists.

Before 2017, the image of the state was sick, chaotic state, now the rule of law in the state

Addressing the program, Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak listed the achievements of the Yogi government. Pathak insisted that before the year 2017, the image of the state was that of a sick and chaotic state, but the Yogi government has reined in the mafias.

The government is giving strict punishment to the mafias and law breakers. He told that UP is number one in the country in terms of getting punishment in criminal cases. The rule of law has been established in the state today. Now the image of Uttar Pradesh has improved.

In the coming days, we will have 17 international airports – Pathak

Deputy CM Brijesh Pathak in his address enumerated the achievements of the Yogi government in all sectors including education, health, electricity and rural development. He said that in the coming days we will have 17 international airports. UP will be the number one state in the country with maximum number of airports.

Referring to the reforms in the power sector, he said that the government is giving free electricity connections. Along with this, the government’s full emphasis is on improving the electricity department.

Increase 26,000 beds in government hospitals – Pathak

Mentioning the works of his government in the health sector, he said that we have doubled the number of medical seats. The Yogi government has increased 26,000 beds in government hospitals in the state. Lakhs of patients are being treated daily in government hospitals.

Industrialists should tell their problems to the government, action will definitely be taken – Pathak

He said that the government has set a target of providing tap water to every rural household by the year 2024. Pathak also stressed on the development of possibilities of tourism prevalent in the state. Referring to the investment proposals that came in the recently concluded UP GIS Summit, Pathak emphasized on bringing back the confidence of the industrialists. He said that industrialists should tell their problems to the government, action will definitely be taken on them.

Uttar Pradesh Assembly Speaker Satish Mahana, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya were also present in the programme. From the role of MSME in making UP a trillion dollar economy in ‘Samridhi Uttar Pradesh’, industrial development and infrastructure facilities of UP were discussed.
