For its part, the General Department of Endowments at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs is organizing the Iftar Meals Project for the year 1444 AH, which includes “10” locations in the different densely populated regions of the country, through the Endowment for Iftar Saem within the projects of the Endowment Bank for Righteousness and Piety, which receives the contributions of honorable endowers and benefactors from Good people, especially in the holy month of Ramadan, during which the Prophet – may God’s prayers and peace be upon him – was more generous with goodness than the wind sent, and by breaking the fast of those who fast, the good deeds multiply and the benefactor receives the wages of those who fast, as the Holy Prophet (PBUH), may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, told: “He who feeds a fasting person will have it for him, like his reward, except that it does not diminish from the reward of the fasting person at all”.
