March 8 – BLiTZ. Microsoft today revealed that it has repeatedly offered Sony a collaboration contract, as well as the possibility of adding shooters to PS Plus on the first day of the company’s release. According to experts from Microsoft, this cooperation would be useful to both parties, because it would allow to establish parity. This was reported by the publishing house “Kanobu”.

Sony Interactive Entertainment refused the offer, considering it uninteresting and unprofitable. Also, the director of the company was afraid of the “unfair game” of competitors. Sony is wary of a rise in the cost of shooters, because in such a situation, the cost of a subscription to PS Plus will increase, or the service will be closed altogether. For Microsoft, Sony’s disadvantage will be a win.
